What’s the Course About?
Over four weeks, we’ll meet weekly in a small, collaborative group (think brainstorming, not boring lectures). You’ll gain tools, insights, and hands-on exercises to:

  • Define Your Personal Mission: Who are you, and what truly matters?
  • Clarify Your Core Values: What anchors and guides your life?
  • Envision Your Future: Map out where you want to be in 10 years.
  • Learn the SMARTER Goal Framework: Craft actionable, meaningful goals that move you forward.

Between sessions, you’ll refine and build on what we discuss, so by the end, you’ll have a plan that feels right for you.
